What we collect and why

We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers. We only use the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Flockstock: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, London region, eu-west-2), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email, EU region). Each acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Where data leaves the UK, it's covered by UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We'll share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
Public content
Breed pages and the club and show directories are public. A photo you share to a breed page is public and credited to your household name or “A Flockstock keeper”. You can unshare it at any time.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. If you delete your account we delete your records within 30 days, except where we must keep something by law. Deleted egg orders are kept hidden in your account, so you can still see past orders, until you delete your account. Hosted backups follow our database host's retention (we aim for clearance within 90 days); ask us if you need confirmation.
Your rights
While signed in, you can download your records and delete your account yourself from More → Account. You can also ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@flockstock.app and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Flockstock is for people aged 13 and over.

We'll post updates here and email you about anything significant.
